What's that box under the CD changer? Is it a sub box? if so would it be ok if it's taken out ?because I'm changing my sound system with the headunit?

Yep that's the standard Sub.

and does anyone know what make the 6cd changer that audi provides is? the one pictured above?

The amp for the rear speakers is inside the sub so if you disconnect it you'll lose the rears so need to rewire them to the new HU (or amp).
The changers like the HU's are Panasonic/Matsushita

P.s. I'm thinking of gettin the "Kicker Solo-Baric L7, 12". 750w rms. Anyone tried this Sub? if so do u like? lol and it'll be in a completely inclosed box no vents, supposidly that's better, what would others suggest?
