What is the easiest way to get the LED headlights and DLR on the B8?

I have a a4 b8 2010 1.8t and wondered what the easiest way would be to get the white led headlights and dlr like the ones you have on the newer models? Would a 2012 headlight fit on the B8?

To fit the facelift headlights you need to do a facelift conversion.
