What is the diameter of stock C5 S6 exhaust. Anyone know?

Hi, looking at taking the centre box out of my S6 exhaust system tomorrow, the box is a bit scruffy,I have to drop the whole system anyway to investigate a rattle and thought I'd see what difference it makes sound wise, does anyone know the diameter of the pipe so I can source some please?

Depends on the engine you have but a standard is 57.15mm or 2.25"

Standard 2001 S6 so 4.2 V8.

I have the same s6 and I have from the cats straight through just with a resonator box either side and it sounds really good not to loud u just get a nice burble but then u toe it and it's what a v8 should sound like
