    1. People that cut mini roundabouts and sound there horn and gestate that you've done wrong. If they'd actually gone round the roundabout I would have been long gone.

    2. People not indicating off roundabouts meaning I need to come to a stop as they exit the junction before.

    3. People who last minute.com indicate left when you've been waiting at a busy junction waiting to get out. You see a gap to your left but think the guy to your right is going straight on.

    4. Near where I live we have a two way street, it really only 1 way traffic as one side of the road has parking bays. So i drive up on my side of the road, cars parked on my right, cars coming the other way keep coming mostly in a train with only enough space between the parked cars for one moving car, now you have some A hole up the first guys poo shoot and I've no where to go, and they look at me as if I'm in the wrong.

    5. Traffic calming areas. Small islands that allow cars priority in one direction. One car makes it through when it's my priority and 50 other cars follow him through.

    6. Roundabouts that have two lanes on and off to the right. Car on my right goes round and decides that he doesnt like his right hand exit anymore and wants to join me in the drivers seat. Had a van a while back that I had a quiet word with that stated that he only did it because the car in front of him was not going quick enough for his liking.

    7. Cars when you overtake them on cruise, some how speed up miraculously just enough to stop you overtaking.

    8. Red light jumpers. Enough said.

Drivers who think that just because they indicate they can pull out on you, even tho you’re doing 70, they’re doing 60 and overtaking a lorry doing 56.........

Also lorry drivers who don’t indicate or know who to stay in their lane, if I was less aware and didn’t actively watch lorries to my side I would’ve wrote off at least a dozen vans this year, I’m getting angry just thinking about this one

Drivers whose handbrake is a redundant piece of technology and sit there with their brake lights on blinding you...

I can’t lie, I am one of those people, but I blame the stupid design of the 8P armrest, if I put handbrake on I’d have to reset the armrest every time I set off again

But they might have full brake assist which puts the brake lights on nowt you can do about it except switch it of , so you will be blinded more and more :)

Unfortunately that makes most of us guilty - using the hold assist in our Audis keeps the brake lights on, even when the motor has shut off with stop/start.

Drivers who, on dual carriageways, move from the inside lane to the outside lane and keep the same speed when merging on to another dual/motorway. Do they not realise they still have a lane?!

As sort of already mentioned :- Mirror, Signal, Maneuver irrespective whether anything is coming or not.

Middle lane hoggers, keep left unless overtaking.

Seems pretty universal these days for people to sit at traffic lights, junctions etc with their foot on the footbrake instead of using the handbrake. Also those people who think I have a crystal ball and know exactly what they will be doing , so don't bother using those little orange things on the corner of the car. Either sheer laziness or to busy trying to text their boyfriend/ girlfriend as well as drive.

It’s hard to decide what’s worse: an accident as a result of texting or the wrath that I would get if I didn’t text the Mrs. back at the moment! I’m leaning on the accident being the preferable choice with less potential for damage and injury.

Just reading through this thread for the first time and was nodding and smiling with agreement to pretty much every single post. :D
Yes those steering wheel activated indicators annoy me!
Not indicating right when going round a small-medium size roundabout.
Brake lights constantly illuminated while stationary(modern technology to blame).
Drivers who speed up to pass you then move back and slow down after they have done so - highlighted perfectly when I am using cruise control.
The above is not an exhaustive list. :D
This last one does not infuriate me, but I always think to myself what a **** whenever I see it. :frowning: A vehicle with a manual transmission is stopped on an incline at traffic lights but is continually creeping forwards then dropping backwards because the driver is inept at clutch control. Naturally anybody with a degree of mechanical sympathy would not be doing this in the first place, so what these people are actually doing is advertising the fact that they are **** drivers! :D

Not knowing how to or not bothering to indicate at roundabouts.

Sitting in the overtaking lanes on motorways.

Parking outside house in road when driveway is left unused. Laziness or belligerence?

Swinging out to the right when turning left. It's only a Fiesta, not an artic!

Using hazard lights for more convenient stopping. Your car made a miraculous recovery once you'd posted that letter, eh...

First come first servers at width restrictions. That's not how they work!

Vicious speed humps on 30 limit roads that slow you down to about 3 mph or your suspension will break.

Pot holes, not the normal ones as id class myself as a very observant driver im talking about those sly ones just off a country road bend or one thats disguised as a ******* puddle! I mean you cant even get out and let your frustration out on them as they don't talk or fight back, you just got to take it on the chin and swear a lot inside the cabin.

People who think that the middle lane of the motorway is the only lane of the motorway.

People whos indicators are attached to their brakes, as soon as they decide to turn the whole world needs to stop for them.

People who use their phones and miss the traffic lights, because messaging someone back on whatsapp is more important then getting to your destination safely.

pot holes gotta laugh with this one. We had a guy at work that had OCD and everytime he hit a pothole, he stopped and got out of his car to make sure he didn't hit somebody. In the winter, he was late to work

Taxi drivers that do not wear safety belts -If they are exempt then why -are they any different than us normal drivers .
Also the ones that pick up at big stores and just sit in the car ,do not help the older people with their shopping and still expect a tip.

Pretty sure taxi drivers don’t have to wear them so they can jump out quickly if someone’s attacking/hijacking them etc

Seatbelts being law is stupid anyway, shouldn’t be mandatory

I do this. Not to check if I hit somebody, but to check my rim. Had two occasions on a previous car where the rim got damaged by a pot hole.

I check it on the spot, in case of damage I can start documenting the pot hole with photos etc. in case I need to claim. Also for peace of mind because of... well... OCD and a love for my motor!
