Mind, if you want an easier solution and wanted to go a dull 'black' here's how I resolved the same problem on my SQ5 with a spray self etch primer coat:

New gearstick arrived, feels like really good quality. Got the knee pads to go with it.

Spent 1700 pounds having front bumper replaced after a van reversed into me a drove off. Then a bit more having my detailer re polish and ceramic coat.

Fitted the refurbed 18’s.. I was expecting to have to lower it further than the stock Sport suspension but I’m pleasantly surprised at how it sits.

After. I know it still take a little while for the springs to settle, the difference in handling in night and day, it is more planted and nice firm ride.

Finally hooked up the cable for wireless charging, and retrofitted HHA... But guess I have the US version VC, instead of parking brake icon, I get "PARK"...
Do you have any pics and have u fitted in the antenna amplifier booster too

Hi mate where have you connected the cable to from the antenna coupling module from centre compartment?

Actually, it's fitted at a shop, but I can try to find out for you tomorrow.. But I can tell you it doesn't charge when the car is off.
Does it tell you when you leave your phone in the car too.Where did you get it fitted from?

I didn’t connect the antenna, just too much trouble since I have no reception issue. And yes, there’s a cell phone still in the vehicle warning I since disabled because I always have the wireless carplay module plugged in.

Not something i have done to the car, what i have done for it. Just took audi up on their offer of extending my warranty now the car is 3yrs old and out of warranty.

Didn’t really want to pay £300 for the year, but then again if something breaks in the next 12months i will get my monies worth.

All four discs and pads changed to Brembo :icon thumright: went to an independent garage and saved over £200 instead of going to Audi dealership

That's a LOT of copper ease on there. Definitely no squeak from that pad.

wow that's a lot of cash to fork out for something someone else did, why not got through your insurance?

Fitted a rimless auto dimming mirror and Kufatec wiring loom to match.

Uninsured driver that's why he drove off. My insurance claim would have meant it had cost me more in the long run.

Surely you would have notified your insurer anyway (as I believe you’re obliged to do) and they’ll still stuff you!

Thought you are covered against uninsured drivers without it hitting your no claims?!? Do you have them protected as well?

How did you hooked up the wireless charger? I have the pinout for the connector but I haven't had access to the wiring diagram yet. I saw that the pinout for the wireless charger is:
pin1:+12v,
pin2&3: to the the MIB unit(one is for Switch On signal and one for Status signal),
pin4: GND,
pin5: to Central Electrics Module -j519- (or to the keyless entry module if the car is equipped with KESSY?).

The first 4pins are quite obvious, but to which Central Electrics pin needs the last wire to be connected? Any idea of the purpose for this wire... maybe it enables the charger while the car is opened?
Have you gout around to fitting the 5th pin from charger yet?

Hi do you know where the pin 5 goes to from the charger? I have keyless entry.

Decided to use the front splitter as a plough. Had to happen at some point!

Weekend missionz changing H8 fog lights to yellow to cut through the fog easier. Didn't want to take off the front bumper or change it from the wheel arch. Happy result :icon thumright:
