What have you done to your 8V today?

http://www.autostyle.co.uk
Select A3/S3 2012 onwards, choose colour (mine are Anthracite with grey edge) and load a jpg of the S3 logo and choose top, bottom or side for location (mine are bottom).
The rear mats don't have the locators, but, they are decent for using in the winter to protect the original mats. Well worth the money in my opinion.

Thanks mate

What next??

Unfortunately nothing performance as I can't be ***** with the grief anymore. Shame really as I didn't get it out of my system which was the point of buying the car in the first place. So I'll be making my way to boring town and not checking in on any forums on the way, which in a way it might make ownership a bit easier as I won't be reading how crap my car is. lol

Look good mate and they will last at that price.

I cleaned mine yesterday and thought they are holding up well! I've just looked when I bought them, been over a year now!!! didn't think it had been that long....you get what you pay for with mats ;) I went for black with red leather edges and white stitching: http://www.audi-sport.net/xf/threads/what-have-you-done-to-your-8v-today.236518/page-6#post-2419095

My air con has stopped working.
The pump is kicking in as the revs dip when it's turned on.

It's not blowing cold.

8 months old...I suspect I've got a hole in my condenser. Fml.
I've got a uv light to check for leaks when I'm back to work in 4 weeks...

Treated myself to some tailored car mats with the S3 logo. Quality is fantastic and only cost £67 inc delivery

I like these. Looks a good quality mat. When I read you uploaded a JPEG to get the logo I never thought it would be as a good a quality as what it looks.

Looks like a nice mod and money well spent.

Thanks mate

I used a local Aussie supplied (who custom makes them and will use any colour for the mats and edging you want plus logo placement can be anywhere you want, vertical or horizontal)

They come with attachments for front and rear. They will also add a heel pad if requested.

I went silver for the edging and logo as white gets dirty too quick.

Not much use to you guys in the UK.

They have been in use for 7,000 km now and are standing up well.

I did order some of the UK supplier ones when I got the car but they weren't very good quality.

Mats

Finally gave in and replaced the OEM wipers with Bosch aero twin units sourced locally from Bosch (who were cheaper than eBay).

Big difference and judder has pretty much totally gone. Haven't had enough rain to really try them out as yet.

Dealer agreed to pay for them.

I initially had good results by polishing the screen but that stopped having any effect a month ago for some reason.

Suspect the OEM ones were damaged in transit

Agree Warwick a lot of the third party mats over here are gash and yeah got more chance of finding the holy grail than a heel pad!!
