national account manager for a UK&I energy consultancy/utilities management company working out of bristol covering south coast south west and south wales. 1200miles a week sort of job

Construction project manager currently contracting for one of the uk's defense companies.

 

Train Driver for Crosscountry Trains, 35 years in the job, still can't do it right!!

 

I'm the project manager for the steelwork on JLR Solihull right now!

I'm a lead developer at a Digital Agency based in Leicester - mostly developing ecommerce stores and website for large / luxury clothing brands.

I need a job where I can afford an RS3, so anyone who has an RS3 or one on order, what do you do as a job? lol

 

Im a composite specailist.

I repair, maintain and occasionally have to rebuild all the carbon fibre goodness fitted to F1, LeMans & super/hyper cars working all over the UK & EU.

 

I do technical support for intruder and fire alarms, access control and CCTV (also install)

 

I provide technical support for a law firm (I'm their I.T. guy ) in the mornings and also do freelance digital marketing and web development.

 

I'm a HVAC/Refrigeration/Electrician/Gas Engineer. Basically a building services engineer.

Money ain't bad for a chav from a council estate with a comprehensive education

 

Quality Engineer (Soon to be manager once im ready to launch new system ive been developing) for a surface treatments company specialising in aersopace and defence. Sounds better than it is.

I'm also a consultant in my spare time on quality systems and environemental (ISO9001 and ISO14001) so if anybody needs a quality system for their business...

 

Air Freight Coordinator for F1, ship all teams and broadcasters from race to race.

 

im a digger driver for a company called murphys. ive done it for 8 years now and gettin pretty good at it.

 

Used to be a hand model, then I started biting my nails and that was that.

Just been sacked from Openreach. Took 'em 47 years to find out I'm no good .

I have a security company in Kent installing and maintaining Alarms, CCTV, and Access control systems.

Oh nice, i don't think i've heard of it, what systems do you generally use? I've been doing alarms for 4 years now, but at the moment doing more technical support etc. Thinking about going back on the road soon though

 

Retired. An OAP with 7-years of OAP practice and near 5-years with an RS3. Got a Blue badge as well... Sorry...

But ex: art student, draughtsman/designer, China Liaison Engineer, Same in Japan, Technical Director, Chief Engineer, Quality Manager UK and Canada, Technical writer/author/illustrator, and animator for rotary Wankel engines used in military UAV's: and still hands-on with Lotus and Audi cars....

 

---and a bus pass as well like me. It's just the ticket for free pub transport to and fro home.
Also the Winter trackday fuel allowance pays for my first trackday of the year . It can't get much better.

 

Oh, so not much then lol. But it's good to see not all retired people settle for a Hyundai i10 or a Honda Jazz.

 

Got an 1.4TDi (90bhp) A2, great little car, and ragtop TT as well, DangerS3; and all get properly used...

Don't get overtaken in the A2 either...

And the only other Audi I'd swap the RS3 for would be an RS7 - but I've never been able to drive one of those "responsibly" yet....

DON't do it, Soot1; I had the same issue 7-years ago and said stuff it! Ok, they were American/Israeli UAV military but the answer was still NO and I'm glad I made that decision. Now, I just don't know how I coped with all that 'work' stuff so much more to do...

Well I do a 4 day week @32hrs. not too bad. Besides it pays for my expensive holidays and hobbies.
I can always just leave anytime if I want too.
