What do i need to buy and how much to spend?!

Hello,

I have a 2000 A4 Avant 1.9tdi SE and am trying to upgrade my ICE.

I want to get Sat Nav in my car, want to play mp3 cds (or maybe a phatbox), play dvds and the possibility of watching tv in there aswell.
What do you guys recomend buying?? i currently have this so not sure what fits??
