What Brake Discs? Help!!

Ok, I need new discs and pads on my car. I have the Brembo's on there, and i do do the odd track day. I'm going for the Ferodo DS2500 pads, and what i need to know is what discs to buy.
Any advice on what make (wether standard Seat, or uprated) and/or style (drilled or grooved) would be appreciated.

If doing odd track day would probably go for uprated grooved discs. Best bet is to ring a local tuner or performance parts shop and ask them what they recommend. F1 in Brighton are pretty good but not sure what neck of the woods you are from.

I'm uprating my front discs to grooved and saving for these bad boys:
