237 bhp and 500Nm out of a 2.0 TDI production diesel. Pretty much what the 3.0 TDI delivers now in the way of power just a little shy on torque.

Interesting... Although there's no way I'd fit in the artist's interpretation of that car!

The 2.0L engine should be lighter and more economical. The new chassis is estimated to be 85kg lighter. We will have to wait and see how the power-to-weight ratios compare.
