Its two plugs what arnt plugged in, they are hanging down at the front of the engine bay roughly to the Center of the car, there is 2

They look like radiator plugs to me,check the rad!

The thicker one looks more like the hose from the SAI... is your S3 an APY? (pre-facelift)

Yh but for some unknown reason it has a bam engine in it with a apy ecu, will have a look in the light tomorrow, where a outs r they located?

If it's got secondary air system,as tuffty said,it will be a hollow plastic pipe,that sits in front of inlet.if its rad conectors plugs,bottom right under battery area!,or below it to the left.some plugs are hard to find see from above!
