What are the signs of a weak actuator?

Hi guys just want to confirm that my actuator is on its way out...

Car boost hits 12psi then rises to 14psi even though its been mapped and should be holding 18psi ish

Is the norm for the boost to peak to say 21psi then drop and hold 18psi?

get it on vagcom the look at command boost vs actual (block 115)

there is usually a spike, its the time it takes the ecu/boost controller to gain control of boost i think

you want to elimate boost leaks etc first

I'd need to register my Vagcom to do that wouldnt i as i'm currently using the freeware version?
