What are the best places and average prices hourly around South East?

Can you help me with your experience around sussex? I’m looking to get interim service as well as some little mods to my A3.

I heard QST is solid and Vas motion is great as well, so is Tc Garage and Moorfield German Motors too. But do you know what are the hourly rates of them? How much you paid before if you went one of them?
