Anyone know what the bit of plastic is called on inside of the wheel arch trying to find a new one to go with my new wing??

Hi, don't think that you will need a new arch liner from what I can see, they are very flexible and as soon as it can it will return to shape without a mark. especially on a warm day.

Nah, needs heating or bending back into shape knowing the plastics & liners I've removed & refitted, but I agree, if its not cracked, then its completely reusable.
 
Don't know what the material is, but its unbelievably flexible. I would describe it as 'moingey' -it has to be to get them in and out and then on a daily basis the tyre throws all sorts at it in temps from -10 to +25 (in England!)
 
Arch lining as has been said.

get a new one they aren’t much wonga
