weird noises

hi, i have been meaning to ask this for sometime now but have always forgot, my front suspension seems very creaky, when going over speed bumps at usual speed, it is really creaky, cant really explain the noise but it doesn't do it when the back end goes over!

also, when my car is revving between 1100rpm and 1200 rpm there is a slight tappin noise, it doesn't sound like an engine noise, its is a slow plasticy noise! i will try and put up a video so you can understand better!

does anyone have any guesses as to what this could be!!!!

Creaking is probably dampers(shocks), have a look for leaks or get them checked.

Sounds like ARB bushes or lower arm bushes to me, they do degrade over a few years.

thats where i'd look for the noise too.
