Weird noise when full locking?

So I’ve recently picked up my face lifted Audi rs3 and after a short motorway trip I hear this noise

when going to park up, the noise occurs when I full lock it and gently move. It seems like it’s coming from the front wheels somewhere, the car is completely standard and on standard wheels
Any help?

Not sure if it’s the same from the video but once the temp goes below about 2 deg. You get a weird noise from cold tyres pulling out of driveway on full lock. It’s been discussed before and I think it’s normal. It’s kinda like a judder.
