Weird noise from car after fast drives

Does anyone know what this sound could be it sounds like its coming from the brakes once i have parked up after some fast driving, i can also smell a slight burning smell aswell sometimes, i have a 2014 1.8tsfi a3

Yes could be that i’ve not heard it on any cars i’ve had before but I think the pads and discs that are on it are quite cheap so maybe not good enough for some spiritied driving
