Weird jerk when I start the car

Hi all, back again.

I've recently started getting this weird thing when I start my car (98 A3 1.8T) that it kind of jerks or something? It kind of feels like the engine is lurching forwards?!.

Once it's started though, as soon as it's done that, it runs fine. Anyone have any ideas?
Also, whilst I have a thread open, I just had 2 new front tyres on the car, and the guy said that the O/S/F top mounting bracket had gone. Any ideas how much these cost to fix/know where I can buy the part from myself?

I have the exact same thing. if i dont sit to let the car warm up for a few mins the car jerks when i first pull away, i just let off the throttle then drive away as normal and there will be nothing wrong with it then. doesn't happen every time either.
