As the title says... Car is 17k, recently serviced. Has never happened before, first happened a week ago after all that snow in London, car had been outside and covered in it. I was outside the car but exhaust was spluttering a lot of smoke, car was juddering a fair bit and not idling smoothly. I thought this was just due to the engine being very cold and maybe water in the exhaust.
Now it happens every now and again, even in slightly 'warmer' (albeit UK) weather; it did it when it was 9 degrees the other day. From inside the car the main thing is the rev counter and revs are very erratic, the needle bouncing around below 1k and a little bit over, also car is juddering as well, it goes away after about 15 seconds or sometimes quicker if you give it a few good revs to about 2k.
Any idea what this is?
