Weatherstrip I think ?????????????????????????????????????

Hi Guys,

I think its called a weatherstrip the rubber bit with lead in it that goes over the window, it kind of wipes the window and stop water getting into the window.. I am looking for one to replace a cracked one on my Sportback passenger side rear... Does anyone know if thats the correct name for it and where I can get one from?
