water ingress ecu box

hi all joined the forum last week when I got my a4 looked at few mods id like todo in future .haven't got any done yet . came out to start car this morning and the battery was dead.later found ecu box soaked in water causing cooling fan to run until battery died. cleaned all up and car wouldn't start fuel pump relay was also submerged .cleaned up pins replaced relay and it's no better fuel pump is not running.ran an ignition live straight to pump and it fires up perfect . any ideas ? or anybody got wiring diagrams I can follow from ecu box fuel pump relay onwards ?
car is a 2004 1.9tdi 115 avant

Plenum drains blocked and ecu seal compromised ?

plenum drains are clear .somebody has had the ecu box open before and broke one of the tabs new lid ordered.the relays lay below the ecu itself and were submerged .replaced fuel pump relay and cleaned up contacts. no power going to pump .once I add a separate power supply to the pump and and turn the key .car fires up as normal.car drove fine yesterday and parked up last night
