Hi there I am new to the forum seeking a bit of advise when we get a heavy downpour off rain the passenger footwell in my Audi a3 1998 gets soaked I have been told it might be the pollen filter I have changed it and it still happens can some one help me please.

Its the plastic scuttle cover... its supposed to clip in along the base of the windscreen... if its come away from the windscreen then water will get in and soak through the pollen filter

Cheers for that I will have a look when I get to work in the morning is this going to be a new scuttle or is it something a bit off sealer will fix?

The scuttle panel goes harder over time which seems to make a it a ****** to clip in... you can buy a new one... I don't think they are mega bucks but alternatively you could use a bit of sealant... make sure you clean the channel at the bottom of the screen so that the sealant stands a chance of sticking...
