Washer bottle cover differences?

Evening all.

Looking at buying a washer bottle cover for the a4 and their seems to be 2 different versions.

Can anyone confirm which is the correct one for the tfsi or do they both fit?

Where are you buying it from? They should be able to match what you need from a reg plate
