Warm up time?

On my 2.4 '03 Cabby, it is taking around twenty minutes to warm up. It's not just since the cold weather and the heater would bear out that the gauge is accurate.
I'm thinking that the thermostat may be stuck open or even missing. Is this an excessive amount of time to warm up?

20 minutes driving or when you turn the engine on and leave it without moving?

after stat change......... mine takes 5 mins to warm up. before it was 20 mins at idle!

@ mlody, 20 mins at idle (de-icing etc) or around 5 miles driving
@ AndyC, is yours the 2.4 petrol engine?
