VW polo

Hi everybody

I own a VW Polo (1999), Black.

I'm considering changing the wheels. Anyway I can find out what size the current wheels are? (They are stock) and what tyre sizes will be suitable for the car?

look at the tyres if it says something like r15 then they're 15", r16 16" etc

Can I put any size wheels as a replacement? Or what size wheel would you suggest?

I was thinking a 16" ...I want tyres that are "wider" and have a larger surface touching the road

you could go for some 195/45 R16 wheels, im ure theyre mnuch wider than wot you have...145 i think?

and with that size you can lower the car a good amount without drastic problems
