Vw passat strange feeling

Hi there folks,

My passat b5.5 1.9 tdi is suffering from some issues which i have not managed to get to the bottom of therfore any help and ideas will be appreciated.

Basically the car is shaking after a hard drive, it is felt through the gearstick. The gear stick is also kind on floppy and can see it move on acceleration and deaceleration whilst in gear. There are no shakes whilst being drive only when im idling after a little motorway run, also does this shaking when parked on a steep road. (Vibration disappears if i gently gas the car)

Ive looked at the engine mounts all nice and clean no fluid on them.

Clutch and flywheel has been done a year ago. Sachs

Injector loom also done

Snub mount replaced on the weekend.

No faults on vag com either.

The only thing i can think of now is the gearbox mount, the oval looking one.

Any ideas???

Have you taken the engine mounts off ? The dog bone mount can come sloppy and near side mount what go to the gear box have probs mine went sloppy and worn and hade a lot of engine movement but just try checking the mounts fist and see how that go and if you do change them go poly bush much better
