Voice Control HELP

HI

I have an 2010 A3 S Line and had Audi fit in the After Market SatNav system.

Everything works on there fine but my Speech recognition System does not seem to work

Audi have said it don't work because it is an after market fit but if i press the Speech button on the Wheel it does speak asking for me to say a command
but no matter what i say it does not recognize it

Is there anything i can do to get this working?

Typical bad installation, the person putting in the NAV unit for you has not either removed the SDS or wired your car correctly to use it.

So basically you have an SDS Nav unit with no mic attached, do you have BT prep as well, as if you do then he's ******** your SDS in your phone system too by being a bad installer and not knowing what he's doing, was it supplied by Blackburn audi?.

Go in there and give them some stick and tell them to sort it out correctly.

It was Bolton Audi
Well i think it was done by someone for Bolton Audi as in someone they give all there work too.

they wont sort it out its been a year and ive had enough of dealing with Bolton Audi

Blackburn Audi are ace! ...

can it be done by anyone else?
