VCDS Scan after ABS / ESP fault last night

Lads, anyone who is VERY familiar with 8P coding want to look through the following autoscan and tell me if they see any long (or short) coding errors - I know now I have a mechanical fault on the rear right ABS sensor but there are a few oddballs that aren't clear like CAN bus single wire (comfort module) etc., they may be genuine errors or it could be someone before me has had a go at fiddling with codings...I think the steering assist code is related to the ABS issue and the steering wheel is squint (not centered) but that will be fixed tomorrow along with the ABS sensor. Any well-informed thoughts welcome!

I've had that same single wire fault on my car for a couple of years now. I changed the loom in the door where i thought the fault was but with no change. My car shows no signs of a problem so am waiting to eventually see if the second wire breaks and something stops working to point me in the direction of a cure.
 
@Matt268uk Yeah I'm about where you are on that one, but the ABS ESP fault which crops up on the Power Steering block as well, is the main issue. I expect to need a hub on the back and probably both rears to be sure as I've seen people say they did the side indicated by the diag software but the other side failed shortly after. Hubs are fairly cheap. Hoping that will clear the ABS fault on the steering assistance address.

The car drives absolutely spot on and everything works.

Cheers Chic, yeah I cleared them and these are solid. Oddly it had entries going back to 2015 for the same fails and the OBD connector is dodgy, have to twist the plug to the right till the LED comes on, to communicate...so no idea how that garage managed to scan it (didn't is my guess) as they claimed to have used a snap on tool and e everything was "ok"...yeah right


Also the undertray where the connector is, has been removed before and isn't tightened properly....have to take a look at that in daylight. I cleared everything yesterday and these codes came straight back up.

That fault has been present for the last 3 years then.

I think in that area would be a good place to start.

Yeah it's going into my local trusted garage on Monday, not the one I bought it from, to have the ABS fixed and the steering alignment done. After that I'll clear the codes and see if it settles. I have a six month Driveline Plus warranty from ScotSure so will claim on that if it needs anything done, which it will. I could fix it myself but I'm getting to the age that laying under a car in winter is no fun! Tweaks and mods now that's different...
 
So forgot to update on this one for anybody having the same issue. The right rear (G44) sensor was rubbing on the bearing housing so both were replaced. £70 for parts and £110 for labour which included steering alignment. Now perfect. I used vcds to clear down the stored codes and all gone (apart from the air quality sensors and canbus single wire faults which are unrelated and remain)

All of the other fault codes were due to the damaged sensor and went away when fixed and cleared.
 
Update, a few days later the other side began faulting so back to the garage....this time the nearside ABS hub had a chunk out of it! So now both sides done, sweet. Back to normal with no infernal beeping.

The moral of the story is like most things wheel related.....do things in pairs the first time!
