Very simple, you need to replace the glowplug on cylinder 4. Glowplugs are a common failure, you could just replace that one but I would get the lot replaced as if one has failed the others may not be far off. Also it will make the car easier to start in the winter. Don't go to the dealer for them just get some for eurocarparts. I got all 6 for around £70.

Oh and don't snap them if they're seized....if they're tight coming out either back off or be careful and work at them. Snapping a plug in the head is a bi@tch to sort and could cost £££s
