I have an old A3 8P that is going wrong everywhere. Another problem it developed was the instrument cluster light dimming on its own. I have searched the forum and found some info on how to change the value from 3 to 4 and it should fix it by keeping the lights on all the time.
I managed to get to the screen and when taking the cursor over to the field for coding, it gives me the information that the last digit range could be 0-4 with 4 being needles and scale on with terminal 15 on and terminal 58 off.
However, if i select 4, it gives me error 31 saying that its not within acceptable range. It accepts values 0-3 (3 is the default value) absolutely fine. Am i missing something? Any help will be appreciated. I checked Rosstech forum but couldnt find anything concrete on this error.
