Anyone on here local to upminster Essex who can reprogramme my all road ecu, have a replacement or diagnose why the thing ain't starting. Obviously paying.

Sounds like it won't start as the immo needs matching to the replacement ecu.
It should start then die if it's immo related.

It doesnt start at all just turns over. Can't communicate with obd2 reader either. Ecu compartment was flooded. Was inch or so of water in it so guessing the old ecu is knackered.
Second hand ecu hasn't been put in to test yet will try it to see if it will start then stop as you said.
Whats nookie in getting it coded? Are there people on here who offer this service?

You need to check the connectors & wires for corrosion, dampness before fitting a replacement or it'll fry that one too.
