Vag handheld readers

Hi,ive got a Audi A3 1.8T and would like to get a handheld vag reader.anyone got one of these?.what should i be looking at etc please?.i dont have a laptop to use the proper kit.cheers

Laptops are dirt cheap though mate, ebay one with xp would perfectly suffice for what you need, double up as an internet slab, readers tbh are very basic & very limited, where as vcds will read, code, help fault find, use on friends, familes cars, other members etc, much better investment IMHO.
