VAG-COM codes for 2004 A4 cabriolet

I have a 2004 A4 1.8T Cabriolet.
Have you had any luck enabling the Remote Windows + 1 click locks ?
The original 46-Central Conv code is 11788.
I have tried 11852 and 11848 without success.

What could be the problem?

to enable remote windows you need to change the 'Adaption' coding in channel 62 as well, from the Ross-Tech wiki.....

Select 46 - Comfort System - Adaptation Channel 62

+001 = Comfort closing via remote for window regulators (not USA)
+002 = Comfort opening via remote for window regulators (not USA)
+004 = Comfort closing via lock cylinder for window regulators
+008 = Comfort opening via lock cylinder for window regulators
+016 = Comfort closing via remote for sunroof (not USA)
+032 = Comfort opening via remote for sunroof (not realized)
+064 = Comfort closing via lock cylinder for sunroof
+128 = Comfort opening via lock cylinder for sunroof (not realized)

Note: Adaptation value is the sum of the individual options

Now, do I need to have a registered version of VAG-COM 409.1-S to do this or the shareware version will do?

sorry, can't help you there mate, i have a full ross-tech vcds version so i don't know what you can & can't do with the shareware version :icon_thumright:

I sent you a PM about vag-com, also if you add 4 to your original coding all the locks work with one touch. I have just done this to mine. Also add 64 to the coding for auto windows with remote

11788 - standard
11792 - one click locks
11856 - one click locks and auto windows

glad to get this done on mine, the locking thing was doing my head in..
