v8 airfilters????

Just new on here peeps so be easy on me.
I have just bought a 1999 audi a6 avant quattro 4.2 v8 and apart from the usual miltek exhaust that goes well with these motors i was looking to buy a performance airfilter to pep things up a wee bit.
Been looking everywere for something but cant find anything.
Companys only seem to list air filters for 1.8t,2.7t and 2.5 tdi.
I quite fancy a bmc air filter as i have had a few these on cars i have owned before but they dont even list them.
Can anyone help me?
