Our avant has just gone in for some investigative oil leaking work and after taking the cam covers off the indy specialist has pointed the finger squarely at the cam tensioners. Teh fitted price they have quoted for each one of these is £392.
So much question is this...
Is there any point in looking at cheaper alternatives like this?

Does anyone out there have any experiences of factored parts for the timing components?
