V5 and V5C? What is the difference?

V5C is the new V5 Vehicle document, its A3 sized, but folded in half, so A4 sized but 2pages if you know what I mean. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

The V5C is the new registration cerificate (Replaces the V5 to comply with the EU)

Basically as said above, this is the "new V5" and should be used from now on..

The V5C replaces V5 from 1st of July 2005:

I was critical the fact that I still haven't receive my V5C and on their site it says "From 1 July 2005 all existing old-style V5 Registration Documents will no longer be valid".

In April I spoke to one of the guys in DVLA in person. They claim that there's nothing to worry about and that my old V5 is still valid. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Has anyone still not received their V5C?
