Can I take both of my drop links off and still drive ok? My only worry is that the ARB itself will rotate and hit the wishbone or driveshaft. Is it held in place by anything else? I know there are knuckles to stop it moving left to right but I mean rotating round like the drop link does under pressure. It’s an A3 1.8t Quattro. The drop link connects from the ARB to a mount on the shock absorber.

Why do you want to? If it's a short term fix to get the car home, you could disconnect one (the remaining droplink would stop it flapping about too much) and carefully drive it home/to the garage, but I wouldn't want to run it like that any longer than strictly necessary. Certainly wouldn't want to drive it with the ARB fitted but completely disconnected...
