Upload pictures from iPad

As my laptop is still poorly I'm relying on the iPad for everything at the moment.

Can someone let me know how to upload photo's as every time I try it asks for a URL address or choose file that doesn't work.

Help appreciated as I need to show off my hard work with the polished bliss purchase.

I use the photo-bucket app and cut and paste the image code,it leaves you in control of editing the images
