One thought that I had ... with a Revo map you set the fueling setting according to what type of fuel you use i.e. mine is set for 99 RON (V Power) so if I was to use 95 RON it would no doubt impact on the cars performance (i.e. detonation, poor mpg etc).
Could it be that Superchips have provided you with the incorrect map for your type of fuel?
