Hi. 2.0 tdi quattro a4.
Which should wear out first, the front or rear tyres? I'm guessing it would be the fronts as they have the engine weight, do the most work when brakes are applied and also steer?
But with the rears also driving they would wear quicker than a fwd?

I've found mine to be fairly even across all 4 tyres.

Fronts, but not prematurely. I've watched people park going hard lock to hard lock while stationary which drives me insane, so correct pressure, driving style and the option of winter tyres packages can all help. Tyre choice (although not wishing to start a debate) is key too. Used to run an A4 B5 2.5TDI Quattro Avant V6 which although a great car weighed about the same as an Amtrak locomotive, and with Vredestein tyres all round I only got 10k up front.
