Help Please Turbo options

Hello everyone hopefully I can get some ideas off of every one on here for some turbo upgrade options for my 2008 a4 2.0 tdi. I believe it’s the 143bhp one.
At the moment I have a whining coming from my turbo so instead of just going down direct replacement I thought upgrade time as I was already going to get a remap and I can fit the new turbo.
So basically without going crazy money what do people suggest....

@Bobbysingh has he’s ideas for any car’s turbo.
He had a tractor turbo fitted in he’s B8 avant and tuned with all what-not’s to beat RS4.
