Turbo information

what turbo would my 99 AFB 2.5 have come fitted with??

I removed the turbo from the car today and the ID plate says
VNT20
059 145 701C

i took it apart and its got a 5 roller VNT mechanism


i was under the impression the 059145701 number was the GT2052V and that the 99 AFB would have a GT2050V?

ive just got a 059 145 701S

is there any point fitting it??


also, does anyone have 3 roller VNT mechanism from a 2052v 701s as i found one of the arms has snapped off....!

ok, now im confused..

ive been looking on the bay of thieves for the replacement VNT nozzel ring and the numbers on the turbo dont seem to match the pictures on egay

this link is to the GT2052 454135 Nozzel ring (which is what the ID plate on the turbo says)
