Turbo elbow

Apparently so, along with a better intake hose (air box to inlet). Probably on my list before adding a JB4. I thought the panel filter alone added a bit more especially at the top end but it was hard to tell. The old filter was pretty dirty though

thanks for that mate I would love to buy that part from revo but I was planning on just doing a small mod each month due to budget. I may get carried away and just buy that from revo lol but have to wait and see at least I know its defo worth buying now.

The pipe is not the most restrictive part, it's the elbow (won't hurt if you change both tho). And there is no reason to change the elbow if you're not going to tune your car.

I've changed the elbow, replaced the filter with a Pipercross panel filter, removed the snow guard and made a cut out in the plastic part in front of the airfilter box. This has made a noticeable change in the top end performance-wise and the induction noise is greatly(!) improved.

I would assume that's the case yes. very little between them apart from price.

thanks for the link not much difference in price would you recommend going for that over the ebay link? not sure if any one is selling one on here they want to get rid off possibly too?

I would always choose a "real" shop over an ebay one and the more well-known brand over one that I haven't heard about before (MTC is new to me). I bought the exact one in the link and I'm happy so far.

I’m the same. No point taking a risk on a £30k+ motor on a cheap bit that might fall apart.
