Must have blown up on the dyno as it stops at 5500rpm and it was still making power. It does have wmi so would have loads of timing and would be wmi dependent. The Turbo technics V5 is a bigger frame turbo and can only just make that with that boost. Plus it’s cheaper.
Not blown up and makes power past 6500rpm you need to look at the dyno closer. This is said to be A new record GOLF R for this particular MRC Tuner. Regards to Meth dependant tune you need to ask Mr MRC(Mihnea) as was custom-tuned by him personally, but I doubt he would due to the risks. MRC Tuning UK ran a TTE555 At 2.4bar for approx 1 year on a stock engine golf 7R. We had that turbo shipped to us last month to inspect as part of our continuing R&D (Fastest GOLF R IN EUROPE) and the turbo was perfect. #ttepower
