Perfect power curve.
The curve arches upwards towards it's peak, carrying it over to redline. I can imagine the Acceleration. Well done at only 22 psi.

Most all figures are crank figures same as the original car manufacturers use to give a reference. If I share wheel it will be stated as WHP

I'm quite confused. Does a Audi S3 8P need bigger injectors to support the TTE480?

You can see here cars with stock injectors making the same or even more power than car with upgraded injectors.

What other mods do you need:
HPFP pump or modified internals kit for stock
LPFP pump or inline aux pump kit
Bigger valve return
Intercooler

I do not have tuner. I need info if it possible.

Can some1 recommend some tuning house who can do this TTE480 sw upgrade?
 
These guys built/tuned the highest power (776) Golf Mk6 R that I'm aware of; "Teffs" R. I know they're not the closest, but it's all I got.

As long as you maintain injection duty cycle to 7m/s it'll be ok.

I have the tte480 on my A3 8P and with stock injection, have it limited to 24 psi spike, holding 20 psi to red line.

These turbos really wake up when they're run at 1.8 bar.

At the end I got Simon. So we are in process to order one new TTE480.

Sorry, but I have been travelling Europe on business and in meetings, so took some days or so to get back to a few enquiries, many I will get to on Monday when I am in my office. Also worth noting any messages I replied to, was using a mobile phone on the move.

:astonished: I find it unbelievable that guys think can post like this without any understanding of my situation and wasn't even about my turbos but info for a coming engine build... I gave a price on the turbo same day I think, but had no time to give much info on anything else or sponsoring a turbo as requested...

Total lies to on me hanging up on anyone I simply did not take calls ...

I'm curious what US tuners anyone would recommend for the TTE480? Car is a US spec MK6 Golf R.

Also, if anyone has any info on this, been finding a lot of mixed info on whether or not a LPFP upgrade is needed, and if the TTRS LPFP and controller are a direct swap.

I say speak to USP Motorsport on recommendations as are our biggest dealer in the USA.

I feel a Low-pressure fuel pump upgrade is needed.

Please note also some APR tuners are using APR TTE420 tune with good results. Although I've no direct experience.

Might be a stupid question but why hp is dropping so much in high rpm - stock catback or what?
Might be poor tuning, i reviewed some dynos from the other pages quickly and most do not drop off that significant. But it seems after 5700-6000 power does start to fall off.

I'm interested in the benefits from this new 9-blade turbine.

Also, does the turbo come with N75 or do you have to swap over from old turbo?
