You can fit a TTRS/RS pump yes. Best talk to Aks tuning as can supply all and extras needed

Good day I m driving GOLF R MK6 and now I looking for Stage 3 but for the Stage of 3 we need to update LPFP I read various positions who put the kit on Apr AEM, etc. I am interested in the pump from Audi TTRS I read that he comes more than 300 LPH but in a note written that "Please note that some vehicles factory PWM modules will not be strong enough to power this pump. In these cases you will be required to purchase the upgraded PWM

I need to upgrade the pulse-width modulation PWM or not? Or I can just put the pump from TTRS and it will work

Hello to everybody I going to finish building Stage 3 and today I installed APR LPFP I installed all things as written in manual my OEM LPFP gives 4 bar and APR LPFP gives 7.8 bar is it ok? And APR LPFP is make some noise and also it is OK or not ? and how its is work ? when I start engine or ofter 1500 rmp (Car is GOLF R MK 6 )

SO when I driving slovly every thing is good but when a go fast and rmp is 5500-7100 car beginning to twitch and release the pressure of the turbine and the thrust disappears

What can it be ??
I think it's FPRV rs4 because in Apr tte420 recommend 155 bar FRV
Rs4 I think 135 bar

What u are suggest ? Please help guys

His set up produced 445ps and 578Nm @1.85 bar peak and tapering

Forgetting peak figures alone his full set-up shows great response with it making approx 500nm at 3k RPM also notice the way it holds a big area of torque.

Hey guys,

Has anyone ever had a decline in performance when installing this turbo? I went drag racing today and the best time I could get was 12.9@106mph...

My previous best with APR Stage 2+ race fuel was 11.87@118... The car has dropped more than 10mph where it should have picked up at least 5mph on a 98 fuel tune. I am using the Stage 2 DSG tune but I dont see that as an issue as I dont feel any clutch slip at all.

Mods are:
TTE420 with APR spring
165v
APR Front Mount
APR LPFP
APR HPFH
APR RFD
Armytrix full exhaist
VWR Intake
VWR Gearbox mount.

I was running the APR 98 file and also have the 108 file loaded. If anyone could let me know where I should start looking that would be great. The car feels strong and smooth just so much slower than it was when it was Stage 2.

Never heard of a loss ever only if other issues

Get your car to a specialist for a health check and log and dyno pull. If times are down then certainly engine performance will be.

I'd be looking to obvious issues like boost leaks.

Thanks for that. I am getting it on a dyno tomorrow. The turbo is fine no doubt just not sure if I missed anything. I am starting to think maybe my mechanic left it in valet mode?
 
Stage 2 software is also not ideal really. The TTE420 APR file is best and specifically calibrated to the flow dynamics and uprated actuator

I think you misunderstood me. I am using the 98 RON file from APR for the TTE420 its not my old Stage 2 file. I also have the 108 loaded and I have purchased the switchable files. So yes it is the right file :)

so as I know my car engine is CDL stroke 92.8 Bore 82.5 Compression ratio 10.5

What do you think if I install CR 9.17 pistons ??? will the car run better in APR soft for TTE420 ???

I wants to do this becouse of 95 RON (only 95 available) Detonation in the engine and car is goes not well
Maybe i need to install Water/methanol kit ?

please suggest something to solve this questions

Right now car is run 0-100 4.1 sec and 100-200 10.5 sec

Lower CR is yes better in my opinion

I always thought that I had a compression ratio of 10.5, but in some sites I saw that my car compression ratio is 9.8
which one is right for my car

I finally had the car dyno'd and it appears the APR software was junk and the boost was capped at 15psi 46% duty cycle. The person who ran it on the dyno is our local Etuners rep and he loaded an ECU and DSG tune for me.

The next issue I have is the turbo has run out of power at 215awkw at 26psi 70% which equates to around 350hp at the engine. The car makes good compression and has no boost leaks. It still has the APR wastegate but I doubt that would be the issue?

Any ideas where to look next? The car does feel good and a little stronger than my stage 2+ that ran 11.8 but obviously not where it should be. Any help would be great thanks guys
 
Really hard to diagnose without logging and looking in details at your whole setup in detail. But sure sounds like you have major issues.

APR TTE420 tune is not 15 PSI so not sure what you got going on
