Trim left hand door

Good evening

Based in Spain so left hand drive but i am looking for the Black triangular Trim in the front corner of the door. The one hiding the wiring for the mirror.
Any chance where i could find it? Photo attached

There are 5 on eBay UK part number 8L3857505

 

Do you think the part is different between the 2 door and 4 door version? That is the 2 door version and I have the 4 door
