Facelift Traffic information query

Hi all, does anyone know who is the provider of traffic and accidents data on the satnav used in the A3? When driving in Europe I found this information really useful and it was very accurate. Locally in Malta this info is not yet available however new intelligent dattraffic system is being implemented.

I believe the real time traffic info comes from a company called Inrix.
