Tow bar question

I currently have a removeable tow bar on my avant along with 13 pin electrics that i used for my caravan and within the next month plan to sell the car, however i am going to remove the towbar and sell seperately. Do i need to buy a replacement crash bar to sit behind the bumper once i remove the tow bar?

Well if the tow bar replaces the crash bar, then you would need to replace this. If there was ever an accident & the crash bar wasn't there, it could create some consequences!
