Touareg rear calipers

Hi, been thinking of a brake upgrade for a future project, and have found a touareg with the rear calipers on it still, are they the same as the cayenne ones as can get adaptors to fit them, its not the lower spec ones, but had the 17z or 18z on the front. (Already gone)
Quick search listed pads the same.
Any help appreciated.

I would be swayed to say yes they will be the same as the Cayenne having previously owned a V10 Touareg with lots of parts shared between the two brands.

Thanks for the answer, hopefully I'll get to have a look at it again next weekend, and see what else is left on it.
